Keira's gotten a diaper rash again but this time it isn't going away with just washing her butt in water. I called the Doctors office and they've told us to stop using everything, including wipes for awhile. Instead we were told to use Lotrimin AF for fungi on her bottom four times a day. Hopefully that will make the wicked diaper rash die.
